At New Self Concept™, our mission is to help you become the person you truly want to be. Our Mirror Work Shirts™ are designed to rewire limiting beliefs and activate a new identity aligned with joy, purpose, and power. But transformation is deeply personal—and if something doesn’t feel aligned, we honor that.

If your item arrives and it doesn’t feel like the breakthrough you were hoping for, we accept returns of unworn and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Because each Mirror Work Shirt™ is designed to speak directly to your subconscious, it’s important that the words resonate with you. On every product page, you’ll find a free downloadable version of the design that can be printed and held up or taped to your shirt so you can check it out while looking in the mirror. If it hits you in the heart… you’ll know, and this helps make sure you pick the right designs for you before completing a purchase.

We’re a small, family-run business—founded by a stay-at-home mom on a mission to make self-love simple, science-backed, and soul-deep. Every return has an impact, so we ask that you only request a refund if the product truly doesn’t serve you.

If you do need to return an item, we’ve made it easy:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the product and contact you to see how you would like the return processed. You will have the option to receive a 100% refund or a store credit for 115% of the total purchase price.
